Interview intelligence
Every interview, written up before you've closed the tab.
Agentiv listens to the call, scores it against your rubric, and writes down what the candidate said and what you promised, so you can stay in the conversation. Below is the real board. Open Aino Virtanen's round and click around.
Where you interview
On the call you already use.
Google Meet
A notetaker joins the call and Agentiv turns the recording into a transcript that knows who said what.
Agentiv Meet
Interviews held in Agentiv are transcribed live, and the rubric ticks itself off while you talk.
Kept in the EU
Recordings and transcripts are stored in the EU, and pay talk can be redacted from a transcript. How we hold it
Hire Smarter, Stay Human.
Everything hiring, in one surface. EU-hosted, human-reviewed, done properly from day one. Ten pilot places, and the founder replies personally.
